The conference will be held in from the 18th to 25th of August 2012. The venue will be Exploris Holiday and Conference Centre in Piaski, near Ruciane Nida, Mazury Lake District in the North East.
A total of 158 beds is available for us.
Till May 31st 108 beds will be reserved for delegates, committee members, key persons and volunteers. These 108 beds will be allotted to them on a first come first served basis.
Till May 31st the remaining 50 beds will be reserved for other Servas hosts and travellers, spouses of delegates etc. These 50 beds will be allocated to them on a first come first served basis.
Beds which are still available after May 31st, will be made open to all (delegates, key persons, hosts, travelers, their spouses) on a first come first served basis. If there is a demand for more than 158 beds, we will try to get more beds, but the availability of additional beds cannot be guaranteed.

The registration fee is 425 Euros, to be paid directly into SI's bank account in Switzerland.
For those who wish, there is also an organized bus from Warsaw to the venue site for 12 Euros and a bus back to Warsaw for 12 Euros more.
Cancellation:
· Until paying the registration fee – Without any cancellation fee.
· After paying the registration fee and until the 30th of June 2012 - 50 Euros. That is, a sum of 375 Euros will be refunded to the applicant.
· After paying the registration fee and as from the 1st of July – No refund. However, if we are able to fill that released place, then the applicant will still receive a refund of 375 Euros.
The GA content:
The GA of Servas International is generally held once in three years. At the GA, the delegates discuss and vote on the various agenda items. Besides some statutory items like the SI budget, appointment of auditor etc., they also take decisions on various other issues such as the organization of Servas and planning for the future.
Only the delegates (One from each member country) can speak and vote on these issues during the main GA sessions.
But many of the issues are also discussed in various workshops in which non delegates can also participate and give their opinions. We also plan to hold some training workshops in which both delegates and non delegates can participate.
